Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship to the UK & Europe. International buyers should contact us prior to order to arrange shippling.

 

How long does shipping take? 

All packets are sent first class and signed for and are shipped same or next day. Time taken depends on the carrier but is usually excellent. Guaranteed next day can be arranged by overnight service at an extra cost.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Members of the European Union will not be charged any extra taxes. Others are advised to check with customs service of their country.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

Returns are accepted for faulty goods for exchange only.

 

Do you refund?

Refunds are only given for unopened packages.

Which MMI Do I Have?

Send a picture of your systems Version Information screen and we will tell you. This will make sure you get the correct update.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

We guarantee our software and will exchange any faulty goods. Software once opened belongs to the buyer and cannot be returned except when faulty.
